CICC (03908) announced that its 2024 perpetual subordinated bonds (second tranche) for professional investors (referred to as "the bonds") will begin paying interest on December 17, 2025, covering the period from December 17, 2024, to December 16, 2025. The bonds, with the short name "24 CICC Y2," have a total issuance value of RMB 3.5 billion and a coupon rate of 2.15%. Each bond has a face value of RMB 1,000, with an interest payment of RMB 21.50 (tax inclusive).
