CITIC Limited (00267) announced that the board of CITIC Pacific Special Steel Group Co., Ltd. recently received a written resignation request from senior executive Ms. Ni Youmei. Ms. Ni, whose term was originally scheduled to end on May 7, 2026, has applied to resign from her position as chief accountant of the company effective March 27, 2026, as she has reached the statutory retirement age and has completed retirement procedures. She will also resign from other positions held in subsidiary companies.
