Following the increase, its latest shareholding stands at approximately 191 million shares, representing 8.38% of the issued shares.
This transaction involves other related parties: 483A Bay Street Holdings Management LLC, Fidelity Canada Investors LLC, 483A Bay Street Holdings LP, Pandanus Associates Inc., and FIL Limited.
