CSPC Pharmaceutical Group Limited (CSPC Pharma) announced that Executive Director Wang Huaiyu will step down effective 5 June 2026 upon reaching the Company’s retirement age.
According to the Board, Wang has no disagreements with the Board and is unaware of any matters requiring shareholder attention in relation to his resignation. The Board expressed its appreciation for Wang’s contributions over the years.
Following this change, CSPC Pharma’s Board will consist of 11 Executive Directors—including Chairman Cai Dong Chen—and 6 Independent Non-executive Directors.
