According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on August 10, a significant equity transfer occurred in UNI HEALTH (02211), with a total market value of HK$10.0404 million, representing 10.44% of the company's shares. A shareholder of the company transferred 8.495 million shares to Baoxin Securities, while 2.02 million shares were moved out from BANK OF CHINA (Hong Kong) (03988).
UNI HEALTH issued an announcement stating that the company proposes to implement a share capital reorganization. This involves a capital reduction, whereby the paid-up capital of HK$0.09 per existing issued share will be cancelled, reducing the par value of each existing issued share from HK$0.10 to HK$0.01. Additionally, a share split will take place, immediately following the capital reduction, where each authorized but unissued existing share with a par value of HK$0.10 will be split into 10 adjusted shares, each with a par value of HK$0.01.
