GAPACK (00468) has issued an official announcement regarding a significant leadership transition within the company. Effective September 21, 2026, Mr. Yuan Xunjun has stepped down from his position as Chief Executive Officer to dedicate more time to his other business commitments.
Mr. Yuan will continue to serve as the Chairman of the Board and remain an Executive Director of the company. In a related move, effective from the same date, Mr. Wang Dawei, who currently holds the role of Executive President, has been officially transferred and appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of GAPACK.
