Kingdee International Software Group Co. Ltd.: JPMorgan Chase & Co. Disposes of Shares, Long Position Falls to 7.26%

On September 2, 2026, JPMorgan Chase & Co. sold 81.58 million shares of Kingdee International Software Group Co. Ltd. (KINGDEE INT'L) at an average of HKD 8.1635 per share, involving about HKD 665.98 million. On the same day, JPMorgan Chase & Co. reduced its short position by returning borrowed shares under a securities lending agreement, with the short position ratio falling from 5.01% to 4.17%.

Prior to the disposal, JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s long position in KINGDEE INT'L was 336.85 million shares, representing 9.58%; following the disposal, the holding changed to 255.27 million shares, with the long position ratio falling to 7.26%. For the short position, prior to the reduction, the short position was 176.23 million shares (5.01%); after, it is 146.76 million shares (4.17%).
