Green Voltis, a Sweden-based AI-native power asset operator, has announced the completion of its Series A funding round, with Lochpine Capital investing tens of millions of US dollars as the sole investor.
The proceeds from this funding round will be primarily allocated to three areas: continued increased investment in research and development of the Aether AI power trading agent and the Chronos grid connection control system, business expansion in key European markets, and strategic positioning in the AI infrastructure sector.
Green Voltis is an AI-native power asset operator that leverages its self-developed Aether AI power trading agent and Chronos EMS to provide one-stop, full-process operational services for European standalone energy storage and solar-wind-plus-storage projects, covering everything from grid connection commissioning to power trading.
On this foundation, the company can offer asset owners bankable cooperation models such as revenue sharing, capacity leasing, and guaranteed returns, helping projects lock in revenues and reduce financing difficulty.
Green Voltis's current core capability lies precisely in operating energy storage stations and solar-wind-plus-storage projects as grid-dispatchable flexibility assets. Beyond flexibility asset operations, Green Voltis is extending the same set of capabilities into the AI infrastructure sector.
Shi Yaohong, co-founder of Green Voltis, stated: "From the GPT moment to today, AI is moving from general capabilities toward deep industry verticals, and true value is born at the intersection of AI and industry knowledge. For the energy industry, we use AI to provide flexibility to the grid, making renewable energy investment more certain and more sustainable; for the AI industry, we use the same capabilities to help computing power connect to electricity faster."
