C Transmission Faces Hong Kong Court Setback; Legal Action Stayed in Favour of PRC Courts, Trading Still Halted

Bulletin Express05-11 22:03

C Transmission (China High Speed Transmission Equipment Group Co., Ltd.) reported that the Hong Kong High Court has ruled in favour of Fullshare and a related non-PRC subsidiary on a jurisdictional challenge linked to Action No. 656 of 2025.

The sealed order, received on 11 May 2026, stays the plaintiffs’ claims—including those of three company subsidiaries and the parent company itself—in favour of PRC courts and sets aside service of the writ on the Fullshare subsidiary. This effectively suspends the Hong Kong proceedings initiated on 31 March 2025.

Management is consulting Hong Kong and PRC legal advisers on possible measures and will provide further updates when material developments arise.

Trading in C Transmission shares has been suspended since 09:00 on 1 April 2026 and will remain halted pending publication of the company’s 2025 audited annual results. Shareholders and potential investors are urged to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
