Shoucheng Holdings (00697) has announced that, effective immediately, the company will change its financial results reporting frequency to publishing financial results reports twice a year (interim results and annual results respectively), in order to more comprehensively reflect the business development of the group.

The board of directors believes that the aforementioned adjustment arrangement aligns with the company's current development trends and the overall interests of the company and its shareholders.

The company has always valued shareholder returns and is committed to providing shareholders with stable and sustainable dividends.

Based on the company's current financial position and cash flow situation, the board of directors expects that the aforementioned adjustment arrangement will allow the group's management to focus more on the development of its core business and continuous performance creation, helping the group continue its past dividend policy.
