An investor questioned Biwin Storage Technology Co.,Ltd. (688525.SH) about whether the company has a share buyback plan to stabilize its stock price, following a 50% drop in just one week. On July 27, the company responded that its stock price fluctuations are secondary market behaviors influenced by various factors, and advised investors to be cautious of investment risks.

The company disclosed that on July 22, 2026, it received a proposal from its controlling shareholder, actual controller, and chairman, Mr. Sun Chengsi, suggesting that Biwin Storage Technology Co.,Ltd. repurchase its own shares. The proposal recommends using the company's own funds or self-raised capital to conduct a share buyback through the Shanghai Stock Exchange's trading system via centralized bidding, with the repurchased shares to be canceled and used to reduce the registered capital. The total buyback amount is set between RMB 200 million and RMB 250 million, with the repurchase price not exceeding 150% of the average trading price of the company's stock over the 30 trading days prior to the board's resolution, and not exceeding RMB 558.44 per share (inclusive). The specific plan will be subject to approval by the board of directors and shareholders' meeting.

Biwin Storage Technology Co.,Ltd. stated that it will continue to maintain good communication with investors through various channels, while persistently enhancing information disclosure and conveying the company's value in compliance with regulations.
