Yunnan-based metals producer Jinxun Resources has announced a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.33 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. Based on the preset exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.131427, Hong Kong-registered shareholders will receive HKD 0.373371 per share.
Shareholders approved the payout on 18 May 2026. Key dates are as follows: the stock will trade ex-dividend on 17 June 2026; transfer documents must be lodged by 16:30 on 18 June 2026; the register will be closed from 22 to 24 June 2026, which also serves as the record date. Dividend distribution is scheduled for 10 July 2026, with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services acting as the share registrar.
Regarding taxes, Jinxun Resources will withhold a 10% enterprise income tax on dividends paid to non-resident corporate H-shareholders and, in most cases, a 10% individual income tax for non-resident individual investors. Where no tax treaty applies, individual non-resident shareholders may be subject to a 20% withholding rate.
The board currently comprises three executive directors—Yuan Rong, Yuan Mei and Yang Yongchang—alongside three independent non-executive directors—Zheng Dongyu, Xia Hongying and Wong Hok Bun Mario.
