Stock News11:10

According to Zhitong Finance APP, KEEP (03650) surged more than 10% during intraday trading, rising 9.09% as of press time to HK$1.38, with a turnover of HK$716,000.

On the news front, KEEP recently disclosed its financial results for the first half of 2026. During the reporting period, the company achieved operating revenue of RMB 825 million, up 0.4% year-on-year, with Non-IFRS adjusted net profit of RMB 5.88 million. Among the highlights, proprietary brand fitness products performed particularly well, generating revenue of RMB 483 million, a substantial year-on-year increase of 21.7%, while gross margin rose significantly by 5.3 percentage points year-on-year, demonstrating the core business's strong profit resilience and growth momentum.

It is worth noting that, centering on two main themes, namely "developing the leading fitness large model Keepace.ai and deploying it on the App" and "driving the consumer goods business back to high growth," App 9.0 was fully upgraded into an "agent-native" platform, significantly improving workout completion rates and retention. App 9.1, released in August, further enriched membership tiers and began generating incremental AI membership revenue. With the full rollout of the AI product matrix in the second half of the year, the platform is expected to stabilize and rebound in MAU while maintaining high-quality profitability. KEEP is using AI to restructure user relationships, rooting true growth quality deeply in the exploration of each unit of user value.
