Gaodi Holdings (1676) Releases 2024/2025 ESG Report Highlighting Environmental and Social Commitments

Gaodi Holdings (1676) has published its Environmental, Social and Governance Report for the reporting period ended 30 June 2025. The company focuses on packaging and sales of food products as well as food and beverage services in Mainland China.

According to the report, Gaodi Holdings emphasizes responsible resource usage, emission reduction, and waste management. In the reporting period, total greenhouse gas emissions grew to approximately 603 tonnes of CO2e, reflecting rising transportation and electricity consumption. Meanwhile, non-hazardous waste totaled around 27 tonnes, and water use rose to about 3,903 cubic meters. The company’s initiatives include upgrading energy-efficient equipment, reducing vehicle emissions, promoting recycling, and setting clear internal waste-handling procedures.

The report notes that 229 employees contributed to driving these sustainability efforts. No material non-compliance events related to environmental or labor laws were identified. Board oversight and an ESG working group guide policies on climate governance, including risk management strategies and targeted reductions in carbon footprint. The company also highlights its commitment to ethical operations and supply chain monitoring, stating that it closely assesses suppliers’ environmental and social performance.

In addition, Gaodi Holdings outlines policies for safeguarding customer privacy and protecting intellectual property rights, along with measures to strengthen anti-corruption mechanisms. The company reiterates its aim to become a leading brand in the food and beverage sector through ongoing improvements in sustainability performance and corporate responsibility.
