MAPLELEAF EDU (01317): ECCTIS Completes Benchmarking Report for Maple Leaf World School Curriculum

Stock News12-01

MAPLELEAF EDU (01317) has announced further details regarding the global recognition of its Maple Leaf World School Curriculum. Since its implementation in China during the 2020/2021 academic year, the curriculum has gained widespread acceptance from higher education institutions both domestically and internationally. ECCTIS has completed its benchmarking evaluation report, comparing the Maple Leaf World School Curriculum with the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE). The results indicate that the curriculum is comparable (equivalent) to the HKDSE in academic rigor.

The company commissioned ECCTIS to conduct a benchmarking study to assess the comparability of the Maple Leaf World School Curriculum's high school diploma with the HKDSE. This study builds on ECCTIS's previous benchmarking in 2024, which recognized the Maple Leaf diploma as broadly equivalent to the UK's GCE A-Level, Canada's British Columbia Certificate of Graduation, and the US (New York) High School Diploma.

This benchmarking strongly supports the academic credibility of the Maple Leaf World School Curriculum's high school diploma. Provided they meet individual university admission criteria, holders of this diploma may be considered to fulfill the general entry requirements for undergraduate programs at Hong Kong universities, as it also aligns with the requirements of universities in the UK, US, Canada, and other Western countries.
