The company expects to achieve approximately 6.691 billion yuan in revenue for the first half, a year-on-year increase of about 34.89%. Net profit attributable to shareholders is projected between 2.7 billion yuan and 2.9 billion yuan, representing a surge of 282.48% to 310.81% compared to the same period last year. Deducted non-recurring net profit is estimated to be between 1 billion yuan and 1.2 billion yuan, up 85.61% to 122.73% year-on-year. Based on first-quarter net profit of 930 million yuan, the company's second-quarter net profit is expected to reach between 1.77 billion yuan and 1.97 billion yuan, reflecting a sequential increase of 90% to 111%.
Two primary factors drove the substantial profit growth. First, the increase in core business revenue of approximately 34.89% contributed to a gross profit rise of about 682 million yuan compared to the previous year. Second, the company's equity investments measured at fair value through profit or loss generated a combined total of approximately 1.982 billion yuan in fair value change gains and investment income during the first half, a significant increase of about 1.815 billion yuan from the 168 million yuan recorded in the same period last year.
However, the capital market's reaction stood in stark contrast to the strong financial performance. Shares of Advanced Micro-Fabrication Equipment Inc. China closed at 309.85 yuan per share today, plunging 9.93% with a trading volume of 11.315 billion yuan and a turnover rate of 3.74%. Major funds saw a net outflow of 938 million yuan, accounting for 8.29% of the total trading volume.
In its announcement, the company further disclosed that it has developed 54 types of high-end semiconductor equipment, including 26 types of high-energy and low-energy plasma etching machines, and 24 types of various thin-film deposition equipment, chemical mechanical polishing tools, and metrology and inspection tools. The processing precision of its etching and thin-film equipment has reached atomic-level accuracy. As of the end of June 2026, the company has cumulatively deployed over 8,800 reaction chambers in more than 220 production lines both domestically and internationally.
