Smoore International Sets RMB3.30 Million Budget for Deloitte’s Re-appointment Ahead of 2026 AGM

Bulletin Express05-08

Smoore International Holdings Limited has issued a supplemental notice confirming plans to re-appoint Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as external auditor at its upcoming 2026 Annual General Meeting.

The Board—acting on the Audit Committee’s recommendation and in compliance with Listing Rule 13.88—will table an ordinary resolution to retain Deloitte from the close of the AGM through the next annual meeting and to authorise directors to finalise remuneration.

Key financial terms: • Annual audit fee: approximately RMB3.00 million • Interim review fee: approximately RMB0.30 million • Total estimated engagement cost: RMB3.30 million

Management considers the fee structure fair and reasonable, citing prevailing market rates, an unchanged business structure versus FY2025, an agreed audit timetable, and Deloitte’s existing familiarity with the Group’s operations, which is expected to enhance efficiency relative to any newly appointed firm.

The supplemental announcement follows an updated Stock Exchange FAQ issued on 17 April 2026 requiring additional disclosure on auditor appointments.
