According to a public notice, the 7th Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps has announced its first batch of market-based grid-connected new energy projects for 2026 in Huyanghe City.
The list includes one project: the 125th Regiment 135MW solar project, owned by Huyanghe Zhongshun New Energy Co., Ltd., with a total scale of 135,000 kilowatts.
The project is located in the 125th Regiment of the 7th Division of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, with a planned installed capacity of 135MW. It is a centralized photovoltaic power generation project that includes supporting facilities such as a photovoltaic field area, collection lines, and a 110kV booster station. The project is proposed to connect to the Liugou 220kV substation via a newly built 110kV line.
This project is a new energy initiative by the 7th Division to implement new energy development and construction, optimize the regional power supply structure, and increase the proportion of green electricity supply. Once operational, it will play an important role in alleviating the power shortage in the 7th Division's grid, promoting local consumption of new energy, and supporting regional industrial load growth.
Public Notice on the First Batch of Market-Based Grid-Connected New Energy Projects for 2026 in Huyanghe City, 7th Division
In accordance with the spirit of the document "Notice on Issuing the Work Plan for Accelerating New Energy Project Construction in Various Divisions and Cities" (Bing Fa Gai Neng Yuan Fa [2024] No. 288) issued by the Development and Reform Commission of the Corps, and following the work process for new energy projects of the Corps, Huyanghe Zhongshun New Energy Co., Ltd. has applied to our commission for one new energy project. It is now publicly announced in accordance with the work procedure, with a publicity period of 5 working days.
During the publicity period, any unit or individual with objections to the company's content may submit written opinions. Unit opinions must be stamped with an official seal, and individual opinions must be signed with a real name, ID number, and contact telephone number.
If there are no objections, after the publicity period ends, our commission will apply to the Corps to include the above new energy project in the Corps' market-based grid-connected new energy project list for management.
