Pharmaron announces RMB0.20 per share final dividend for FY2025; payment slated for 7 Aug 2026

Pharmaron Beijing Co., Ltd. has updated its dividend timetable, confirming a final cash dividend of RMB2 for every 10 shares (equivalent to RMB0.20 per share) for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. Shareholders will vote on the distribution at the annual general meeting on 12 June 2026.

Key dates • Ex-dividend date: 7 July 2026 • Last day to lodge share transfers: 8 July 2026 (16:30 HKT) • Book-closure period: 9–15 July 2026 • Record date: 15 July 2026 • Payment date: 7 August 2026

Currency and exchange rate The dividend will be paid in Hong Kong dollars to holders of H shares; the applicable exchange rate will be announced closer to the payment date.

Withholding tax • Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10% PRC enterprise income tax will be withheld. • Hong Kong investors holding A shares via Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect: 10% withholding. • Mainland individual investors holding H shares via Shanghai- or Shenzhen-Hong Kong Stock Connect: 20% withholding.

Share registrar Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, will handle share registration matters linked to the dividend.

Subject to shareholder approval at the AGM, the stated dividend will be distributed on 7 August 2026.
