Greatview Aseptic Packaging Company Limited has released the English and Chinese versions of its latest corporate materials—comprising the Circular and the Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM)—on both the company’s website (www.greatviewpack.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).
The company urges shareholders, particularly non-registered holders with shares held through CCASS participants, to access the documents online for timely review. However, investors who experience difficulties with electronic access may request complimentary printed copies. To do so, they must complete and sign the enclosed Request Form and return it to the Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests can also be submitted via email to 468-ecom@vistra.com.
Non-registered holders preferring to receive all future corporate communications electronically should provide a functional email address to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until a valid email address is on file, these investors will receive only hard-copy notifications of future online publications.
Greatview confirms that printed copies will be dispatched promptly upon receipt of a valid request at no cost to shareholders. Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline on (852) 2980 1333 during business hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m., excluding public holidays).
The notification aligns with Hong Kong Listing Rules, ensuring shareholders’ continued access to statutory documents such as annual and interim reports, meeting notices, and other actionable communications.
