Domestic Futures Contracts Mostly Higher at Open, SC Crude Oil Surges Over 3%

At the opening of the morning session on July 23, 2026, domestic futures contracts were predominantly higher.

SC crude oil led gains with an increase exceeding 3%.

Fuel oil, European container freight, low-sulfur fuel oil (LU), and soybean meal all rose close to 2%.

Palm oil, Shanghai silver, rapeseed meal, and lithium carbonate also posted gains of over 1%.

On the downside, alumina fell more than 1%.

Synthetic rubber, eggs, and live hogs declined by nearly 1%.
