Archer Aviation said it will supply its electric powertrain for the Omen autonomous air vehicle, being co-developed by U.S. defense technology firm Anduril Industries and UAE-based EDGE group. The shares jumped 5.8% in overnight trading.

Trip.com reported a significant earnings beat with non-GAAP EPS of $4.02, surpassing estimates by $2.90. The company's revenue increased by 11.7% year-over-year to $2.57 billion, exceeding projections by $10 million. The shares gained 2.6% in overnight trading.

LifeMD shares sank 28.8% in overnight trading after the telehealth company posted Q3 misses on both lines and issued updated guidance to reflect the company's majority interest divestment of WorkSimpli Software earlier in November.
