Century Group International (02113) Completes Issuance of 8.0475 Million Shares, Raising Approximately HK$43.2 Million Net

Century Group International (02113) has announced that all conditions precedent under the subscription agreements have been fulfilled, and the completion took place on September 30, 2026.

Pursuant to the terms and conditions of the subscription agreements, the company has allotted and issued a total of 8.0475 million adjusted subscription shares to the subscribers at the adjusted subscription price of HK$5.40 per consolidated share, of which 2.012 million adjusted subscription shares have been allotted and issued to Subscriber A, Subscriber B, Subscriber C, and Subscriber D.

The net proceeds from the subscription amounted to approximately HK$43.2 million.
