According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on July 14th, BOYAA Global Limited increased its stake in BOYAA (HKG: 00434) by 2.7 million shares.
The shares were acquired at a price of HK$1.9678 each, resulting in a total transaction value of approximately HK$5.3131 million.
Following this purchase, the company's latest shareholding stands at around 179 million shares, representing a stake of 23.25%.
