PetroChina to Relocate Hong Kong Office and Principal Place of Business to Cheung Kong Center II from 30 June 2026

PetroChina Company Limited has announced that, effective 30 June 2026, both its representative office and principal place of business in Hong Kong will move to 37/F, East Tower, Cheung Kong Center II, 10 Harcourt Road, Central.

The current location at Suite 3705, Tower 2, Lippo Centre, 89 Queensway, will remain operational until the relocation date. The change was approved by the company’s board of directors and disclosed in a statement issued on 30 June 2026.

PetroChina’s board is chaired by Dai Houliang and comprises executive, non-executive, independent non-executive and employee directors. Company Secretary Wang Hua signed the announcement on behalf of the board in Beijing.
