Difficult life circumstances did not bend Huang Hehuan's spine of upward growth. In 1993, Ping An established a Project Hope assistance group; the following year, the first Ping An Hope Primary School was completed in Lu'an, Anhui. Accordingly, the "Ping An Charity Program - Project Hope Dream Realization Initiative" one-million-yuan university grant upgraded this year will expand funding coverage to all Ping An Hope Primary Schools nationwide, with priority attention to graduates admitted to "Double First-Class" universities with outstanding academic performance. The grant standard will be raised from 5,000 yuan to 10,000 yuan, and connections with recipient students will be established through volunteer pairing and visits, assisting with grant receipt and related matters to ensure assistance is delivered effectively; simultaneously, through WeChat community groups and other means, continuous attention will be paid to students' academic and living situations during university, providing advice and support for study exchanges, internships, and employment based on actual needs, and matching corresponding resources at different stages of schooling, employment, and return-home development, extending educational assistance from one-time financial support to continuous companionship and help.
