WELLCELL HOLD (02477) announced that Mr. Cong Bin has resigned as the company's executive director effective December 3, 2025, to dedicate more time to other business commitments. Following his resignation, Mr. Cong will continue serving as director and legal representative of Guangdong WELLCELL Infinite Communication Services Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company.

Mr. Zhang Xiaolong has been appointed as executive director, effective December 3, 2025. Upon his appointment, Mr. Zhang has also been named as a member of the company's investment committee, while Ms. Chen Shenmao will step down from the investment committee on the same date.
