On October 12, according to the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, following preliminary recommendation and expert review, the commission recently published its first batch of key "AI Plus" products.
A total of 20 key "AI Plus" products were announced this time, covering fields such as vertical-domain large models, technology, manufacturing, energy, transportation, healthcare, safety governance, and AI public service platforms. They offer a wide range of application scenarios, capable of resolving long-standing pain points in industries, improving the efficiency and accuracy of data and information processing, and significantly reducing overall costs while generating direct economic benefits.
Currently, some products have completed real-world testing and are ready for application; some have secured mass-production orders from leading industry model manufacturers; and some have already been deployed in industry enterprises and medical institutions. Selecting and announcing key "AI Plus" products is a major measure in Shaanxi's implementation of the "AI Plus" initiative.
At the end of 2025, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission issued the "Shaanxi Province In-Depth Implementation Plan for the 'AI Plus' Initiative (2025–2027)," which clearly focuses on empowering technological innovation and industrial development, boosting consumption upgrading and improving livelihoods, enhancing social, security, and ecological governance capabilities, and strengthening foundational support in four areas, promoting the deep integration of artificial intelligence into all industries to empower industrial development, consumption upgrading, governance capacity, and livelihood improvement.
This year, in accordance with the action plan, the Provincial Development and Reform Commission, together with the Provincial Department of Transportation, the Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, the Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, and the Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, carried out special matchmaking events for "AI Plus" in transportation, culture and tourism, agriculture, and housing and urban-rural development. These events interpreted central and Shaanxi policies supporting "AI Plus" development, built a supply-demand matching platform for industry enterprises, AI companies, universities and research institutes, and computing power enterprises, and simultaneously openly solicited and selected a batch of typical cases and key products of "AI Plus," promoting the accelerated application of new AI technologies and helping Shaanxi cultivate and strengthen new quality productive forces.
