A series of enterprises based in Beijing have formally entered into partnership agreements with DingTalk during a recent summit, marking a collective step towards adopting AI-driven work methodologies. Participants in this collaborative initiative included BoRui ShangGe Technology Co., Ltd., Tianjin Shenzhou ShangLong Technology Co., Ltd., Beijing Jiankun Catering Group, and Beijing CCTV RuiAn Technical Service Co., Ltd.

Liu Hao, the General Manager of DingTalk's North China region, emphasized in his keynote address that the current moment represents a critical juncture for AI transformation. He stated that DingTalk, grounded in solving real-world problems, is committed to evolving from a traditional application platform into a forward-looking "Agent Operating System (Agent OS)." He underscored the necessity for a fundamental rethinking of work practices in the AI era, advocating a shift from a model of "humans operating tools" to one of "humans training AI," thereby positioning intelligent agents as the core units for business execution and collaboration.

Liu Xiaotian, the Solutions General Manager for DingTalk's North China region, elaborated on the core logic of "Agent Collaboration" during a thematic presentation. He argued that the primary bottleneck for the large-scale implementation of AI is no longer model capability but rather the absence of a unified, enterprise-grade operational environment. DingTalk is addressing this by building a next-generation operating system with the Agent OS at its core, enabling the centralized orchestration of digital tools and physical devices by intelligent agents, and facilitating interaction and cooperation among the agents themselves. Within this framework, the human role transforms from that of an executor to a "coach," focused on training agents and setting objectives, while delegating repetitive and procedural tasks to the intelligent agents.

DingTalk's inaugural AI hardware product, the DingTalk A1 Recording Card, was also unveiled at the summit. Xia Zhipeng, the product lead for the A1, provided a detailed account of the design philosophy behind this popular product and showcased the diverse range of innovative uses that users have spontaneously discovered and developed.

Furthermore, the summit featured insights from representatives of frontline companies such as Joyvio Group, Shuhai Supply Chain, Beijing Enterprises Water Group, and CCTV RuiAn. These executives shared their cutting-edge experiences in leveraging DingTalk's AI capabilities for digital transformation and offered firsthand accounts of the practical insights gained throughout their transition journeys.
