Yee Hop Holdings Releases EGM Circular and Proxy Materials Online; Shareholders Invited to Opt for Digital or Hard-Copy Communications

Bulletin Express09-17

On 18 September 2026, Yee Hop Holdings Limited announced that the English and Chinese versions of its latest corporate documents—including the Circular, Notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) and Proxy Form—are now available on the company’s website (www.yee-hop.com.hk) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board recommends that shareholders access these materials electronically (the “Website Version”) to expedite delivery and reduce paper usage. Registered shareholders who have previously elected to receive printed documents will find hard copies of the current communication enclosed with the notification.

Shareholders experiencing difficulties with email notifications or web access may request printed copies of the current and all future corporate communications at no cost. To do so, they must complete and sign the enclosed Reply Form and return it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, using the prepaid mailing label provided or by emailing 1662-ecom@vistra.com.

Yee Hop highlights the importance of maintaining a functional email address on file. Until a valid address is supplied, the registrar will dispatch notices of publication and other actionable corporate communications in printed form only.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at +852 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).
