The 19th "Revitalization Cup" national finals for the "AI Plus" special competition kicked off in Xiaoshan, where young people are converting AI technological breakthroughs, cross-sector empowerment, and lightweight entrepreneurship into real productivity.

From October 24 to 26, the national finals of the 19th "Revitalization Cup" Youth Commando "AI Plus" Productivity Enhancement special competition opened in Xiaoshan, with 144 teams competing on the same stage. This marks the first time the special competition has combined the Youth Commando model with "AI Plus."

In terms of hardcore technological breakthroughs, Xiaoshan's three major industry communities — Xinmo, Xinchuang, and Xinji — have become the main battlegrounds for young talent. Among them, the Xinmo community's 76,000 square meters of industrial space has already gathered 69 AI-related enterprises, creating a closed loop where "upstairs and downstairs are upstream and downstream." Youth teams continue to make breakthroughs in chip hardware, algorithm models, and other areas. For instance, Shijing Intelligent focuses on developing the world model foundation for embodied robots; Zhengshu Intelligent leads the creation of the ZODA open-source community to solidify the data foundation; and Jiarén Semiconductor and Weina Hexin have achieved multiple "from zero to one" breakthroughs.

At the same time, lightweight AI entrepreneurship represented by OPC is flourishing.

In terms of cross-sector empowerment, young talent is driving AI integration into all industries across the city. In the dyeing and finishing workshop of Hangmin Co., a digital employee named "Xiaobudian" trained by a youth team completed data analysis of tens of thousands of fabric pieces in just two hours, boosting the company's R&D efficiency by 50% and reducing fabric defect rates by 15%. Technologies such as AI quality inspection and digital twins are being deployed on manufacturing production lines; new farmers are using AI to analyze soil and predict crop growth to support rural revitalization. Additionally, AI has entered citizens' daily lives — young developers have created convenience tools, AI literacy courses are offered through youth night schools, and AIGC content and digital interactive installations are being integrated into urban trend events.
