Kuaishou Technology Shifts to Fully Digital Distribution for Shareholder Documents

Bulletin Express04-24

Kuaishou Technology announced on 24 April 2026 that it has completed the transition to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms. The move follows the initial notice issued on 19 July 2024 and is applicable to every class of securities holder.

Under the new arrangement, bilingual versions of each communication will be released exclusively on the company’s website (www.kuaishou.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s platform (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed notices of publication will no longer be mailed; shareholders are expected to check the websites proactively.

Actionable corporate communications—those requiring shareholder instructions or elections—will be emailed to investors who provide functional email addresses. Shareholders yet to register an email can do so by scanning the personalised QR code or by returning the enclosed reply form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. Until a valid address is recorded, the company will dispatch actionable items in hard copy.

Investors preferring physical documents may opt in by completing the reply form or emailing kuaishou.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name and address. Such requests remain effective until revoked, superseded or until publication of the next annual report, whichever comes first.

Enquiries on the new distribution method can be directed to the share registrar at +852 2862 8688 during Hong Kong business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
