TIANYU SEMI's stock price surged 5.17% during Monday's intraday trading session, marking a significant upward movement.
The sharp rise follows the company's announcement that the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) has accepted its application for an H-share full circulation plan. The application seeks to convert approximately 334 million non-listed shares, representing about 85% of the company's total issued share capital, into H-shares. Upon receiving all necessary approvals, these shares will be eligible for listing and trading on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
