NetEase Music executes HKD 15.00 million on-market share buyback, trims free float to 213.90 million shares

NetEase Music (NetEase Cloud Music Inc.) disclosed a repurchase of 117,500 ordinary shares on 9 April 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.

• Transaction details: purchase prices ranged between HKD 125.30 and HKD 131.80 per share, with a volume-weighted average of HKD 127.62. Total consideration amounted to HKD 15.00 million.

• Capital structure impact: issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.05 % to 213.90 million. Treasury shares increased to 4.01 million, keeping the company’s total issued share count unchanged at 217.92 million.

• Repurchase authority: the buyback was executed under the mandate approved on 25 June 2025, which authorises repurchases of up to 21.74 million shares. Cumulative purchases under this authority now stand at 3.68 million shares, representing 1.69 % of the share base when the mandate was granted.

• Moratorium: in accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, NetEase Music is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 9 May 2026.
