On April 10, the Zhejiang branch of the People's Bank of China issued an administrative penalty decision. Fortune Sun Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. was penalized for failing to conduct client due diligence in accordance with regulations and for not reporting suspicious transactions as required. The bank received a warning and was fined 130,000 yuan.
The penalty decision was made by the People's Bank of China Zhejiang Branch on April 7, 2026, and will be publicly disclosed for a period of three years.
