YUNJI appoints Gram Capital as compliance adviser from 1 August 2026

Bulletin Express07-29

Beijing Yunji Technology Co., Ltd. (YUNJI) has named Gram Capital Limited as its new compliance adviser, effective 1 August 2026.

The appointment follows the previously announced resignation of the former compliance adviser and aligns with Rule 3A.27 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules. Gram Capital will serve until the company fulfils Rule 13.46 disclosure requirements for its first full fiscal year after listing—covering the year ending 31 December 2026—or until the adviser agreement is otherwise terminated, whichever occurs first.

Gram Capital holds a Type 6 licence (advising on corporate finance) under Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Ordinance (Chapter 571), ensuring the firm’s qualification to guide YUNJI on regulatory and governance matters.

The board currently comprises eight directors: three executive directors (Zhi Tao, Hu Quan, Li Quanyin), two non-executive directors (Wu Minghui, Wang Kegui), and three independent non-executive directors (Zhang Lihua, Lai Yung Yuet, Wang Fangjun). Zhi Tao serves as chairwoman, executive director and president.
