CT VISION SL (00994) announced that, as previously disclosed on September 2, 2025, the special resolution approving the change of the company's English name from "CT Vision S.L. (International) Holdings Limited" to "CT Vision (International) Holdings Limited" and its Chinese dual foreign name from "中天顺联(国际)控股有限公司" to "中天宏信(国际)控股有限公司" ("Name Change") was formally passed at the extraordinary general meeting held on September 2, 2025. The Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands issued the certificate of name change on September 22, 2025. The Hong Kong Companies Registry also issued a certificate of registration of change of name for a non-Hong Kong company on December 4, 2025, confirming the registration of the new English and Chinese names under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) in Hong Kong. The English stock short name on the Stock Exchange will change from "CT VISION SL" to "CT VISION," while the Chinese stock short name will change from "中天顺联" to "中天宏信," effective from 9:00 a.m. on December 22, 2025. The company's stock code on the Stock Exchange remains unchanged as "00994."
