The Hong Kong Companies Registry issued a "Certificate of Registration of Change of Name of Non-Hong Kong Company" on June 16, 2026. This certificate confirms that, in accordance with Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622), the company's English name registered in Hong Kong has been changed from "Muyuan Foods Co., Ltd." to "Muyuan Foods Group Co., Ltd."
Concurrently, the registered Chinese name has been updated from "牧原食品股份有限公司" to "牧原食品集团股份有限公司".
