SINGASIA HLDG (08293) announced that the completion of the disposal of all issued share capital of SingAsia Resources Pte. Ltd. was finalized on October 3, 2025. Upon completion, the target company will no longer be a subsidiary of the company, and the company will no longer hold any issued share capital of the target company. Consequently, the financial performance of the target company will no longer be consolidated into the group's consolidated financial statements.
