Yunfeng Financial reports no share capital changes for March 2026; public float remains compliant

Yunfeng Financial Group Limited (Yunfeng Financial) filed its monthly return for the period ended 31 March 2026, confirming that no movements occurred in either issued shares or treasury shares during the month.

• Share capital stability At month-end, issued ordinary shares stood unchanged at 4.06 billion, while treasury shares remained at zero. Consequently, total issued share capital also stayed at 4.06 billion shares.

• Public float status The company affirmed compliance with the Hong Kong Main Board’s minimum 25 % public-float requirement, based on publicly available information.

• Share option scheme capacity The share option scheme adopted on 28 June 2022 (amended 18 December 2025) showed: – Options outstanding: 0 – New shares issued from option exercises during March: 0 – Shares available for future grant or transfer: 405.93 million, representing roughly 10 % of existing issued shares.

• Absence of other equity instruments No warrants, convertible securities, Hong Kong Depositary Receipts, or other agreements to issue shares were outstanding or executed during the month.

The company secretary, Chan Man Ko, confirmed that all statutory and regulatory obligations related to securities matters have been satisfied.
