On September 3rd, Li Zhongze, Assistant to the General Manager of China Minmetals and Party Secretary and Chairman of Metallurgical Corporation Of China Ltd. (MCC), led a delegation to Xiong'an New Area for an inspection tour.
Zhang Guohua, Member of the Standing Committee of the Hebei Provincial Party Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Xiong'an New Area, held a working discussion with Li Zhongze and his delegation.
Zhang Guohua extended a warm welcome to Li Zhongze's delegation on behalf of the Party Working Committee and Management Committee of Xiong'an, expressing gratitude for the long-term active participation of China Minmetals and MCC in the construction and development of Xiong'an. He noted that after more than nine years of development, Xiong'an has effectively attracted Beijing's non-capital functions, maintained a robust momentum of large-scale construction, and gradually improved its urban supporting facilities, achieving a transformation from "a piece of land" to "a blueprint" and then to "a city".
Currently, Xiong'an is firmly adhering to its primary positioning as the concentrated carrier for Beijing's non-capital function relocation, coordinating efforts in high-quality construction, high-level management, and high-quality development, striving to build itself into a new innovation highland and a model for high-quality development in the new era. China Minmetals and MCC have consistently fulfilled their responsibilities as central state-owned enterprises, deeply participating in the construction of several landmark projects and facilitating the settlement and development of multiple enterprises, thereby injecting strong momentum into Xiong'an's high-quality construction and development.
Zhang Guohua expressed hope that China Minmetals and MCC will continue to play a leading and exemplary role, further deepening cooperation with Xiong'an in more fields such as urban construction, industrial cultivation, and technological innovation, jointly writing a new chapter of central-local coordinated development. Xiong'an will continue to optimize "Xiong'an Services", strengthen full-cycle resource guarantees, and fully support the high-quality development of enterprises.
Li Zhongze expressed gratitude to the Party Working Committee and Management Committee of Xiong'an New Area for their long-standing care and support for China Minmetals and MCC. He stated that MCC feels honored to have deeply participated in the construction and development of Xiong'an New Area. At present, Xiong'an's urban landscape is changing with each passing day, the innovation ecosystem is continuously improving, industrial momentum is rapidly accumulating, and vitality is fully unleashed, making it a new innovation highland and entrepreneurial hotspot in the new era with vast development prospects.
Li Zhongze emphasized that MCC will always bear in mind its national mission, proactively align with Xiong'an's strategic positioning and development needs, fully leverage its advantages in consulting, survey, design, operation, and supervision across the entire industrial chain, precisely focus on tracks such as urban construction, intelligent construction, and digital intelligence empowerment, continuously expand resource deployment, and contribute MCC's strength to the high-standard, high-quality construction of a modern city in Xiong'an New Area.
Zhu Guangxia, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of MCC, along with Wu Bo, Yu Guoyi, Liu Zhiliang, and Zhang Yaodong from Xiong'an New Area and Xiong'an Group, attended the meeting.
