FOURACE IND GP (01455) has announced that Mr. Li Shuye has stepped down from his role as Chief Executive Officer of the company, effective March 3, 2026. This decision is due to internal role adjustments within the group and to comply with the corporate governance code provisions, specifically Code Provision C.2.1 of the Corporate Governance Code contained in Appendix C1 to the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, which calls for a clear division of responsibilities between the Chairman of the Board and the CEO to achieve good corporate governance. Mr. Li Shuye will remain an Executive Director, Chairman of the Board, and a member of both the Board's Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee. Following Mr. Li Shuye's resignation as CEO, the Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Li Chen as Chief Executive Officer, also effective from March 3, 2026.
