Fosun Intl to Implement Full Electronic Delivery of Corporate Communications, Requests Shareholders’ Email Details

Bulletin Express07-16

On 16 July 2026, Hong Kong-listed Fosun International Limited announced the formal adoption of electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, leveraging the expanded paperless listing regime introduced under Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules, effective since 31 December 2023.

Under the new arrangement, English and Chinese versions of documents—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—will be made available on the company’s website (www.fosun.com) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will no longer be distributed by default.

Action required from shareholders • Email registration: Investors are urged to provide a functional email address by scanning a personalised QR code or completing and returning the enclosed reply form to the share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited. • Default for non-response: If no valid email is supplied, Fosun Intl will continue sending actionable corporate communications in hard copy until an email address is provided. • Opt-in for print: Shareholders preferring physical copies may request them via the reply form or by emailing fosun.ecom@computershare.com.hk. Such instructions remain valid for one year unless revoked or superseded.

The initiative aligns with the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) and the Companies (Amendment) Ordinance 2025, supporting environmental goals and expediting shareholder access to information.

Enquiries can be directed to the company’s hotline at +852 2509 3228 during business hours. The notice was signed by Chairman Guo Guangchang on behalf of Fosun International Limited.
