Postal Savings Bank Of China Co.,Ltd. (PSBC) has announced adjustments to the composition of its board of directors' specialized committees.
The bank's board convened a meeting on June 26, during which it reviewed and approved a proposal concerning these personnel changes to its committees.
The board resolved to elect Mr. Liu Ruigang as a member of the Board's Social Responsibility and Consumer Rights Protection Committee, and he will no longer serve on the Board's Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Mr. Tang Zhihong was elected as a member of the Board's Audit Committee and will cease his role on the Board's Risk Management Committee.
Mr. Hong Xiaoyuan was elected as Chairman and a member of the Board's Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and as a member of the Board's Connected Transactions Control Committee. He will step down from his positions on the Board's Strategic Planning Committee and the Board's Social Responsibility and Consumer Rights Protection Committee.
Mr. Pu Yonghao was elected as a member of the Board's Audit Committee and will no longer serve on the Board's Social Responsibility and Consumer Rights Protection Committee.
Mr. Sun Maozhu was elected as Chairman and a member of the Board's Audit Committee, a member of the Board's Connected Transactions Control Committee, and a member of the Board's Risk Management Committee.
The appointments of Mr. Liu Ruigang, Mr. Tang Zhihong, Mr. Hong Xiaoyuan, and Mr. Pu Yonghao to their respective board committee positions will become effective from the date Mr. Wen Tiejun and Ms. Pan Yingli step down from their roles.
The appointments of Mr. Sun Maozhu will become effective from the date his director qualification is approved by the National Financial Regulatory Administration.
Upon the effective date of Mr. Sun Maozhu's appointments, Mr. Zhong Ruiming will no longer hold his related positions on the bank's board committees.
