In terms of annual returns for 2025, Guotai Fund's Communication ETF ranked first with a net value increase of 126.13%, Fullgoal Fund's Communication Equipment ETF secured second place with a return of 121.01%, and the ChiNext Artificial Intelligence ETF Southern took third with a return of 112.45%.
From a three-year perspective, Guotai Fund's Communication ETF led with a total return of 274.35%, China Asset Management's 5G Communication ETF followed with a gain of 187.78%, and Yinhua 5G ETF ranked third with an increase of 185.42%.
