Rowe Price Associates, Inc. and its affiliates purchased an additional 2.9 million shares of Samsonite (01910) at an average price of HK$16.814 per share, totaling approximately HK$48.72 million. Following this transaction, their total holdings in Samsonite reached approximately 111 million shares, representing an 8.02% stake in the company.
