According to corporate data from Qichacha, as disclosed in the official announcement regarding the selection of a financial advisory firm for the merger and acquisition of Pucheng Clean Energy Chemical Co., Ltd., China International Capital Corporation Limited (601995.SH) was confirmed as the winning bidder on September 18, 2026. The contract, awarded by Shaanxi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., carries a total value of 3.60 million yuan.

For the first half of 2026, CICC reported operating revenue of 21.30 billion yuan, reflecting a year-on-year growth rate of 55.92%. Net profit attributable to the parent company reached 8.199 billion yuan, up 89.35% from the prior-year period, while the return on equity stood at 7.60%.

Operating within the financial sector, the company's primary business lines include securities services. In the first half of 2026, revenue composition was led by wealth management at 32.96%, followed by equities at 27.4%, investment banking at 17.51%, fixed income at 10.11%, private equity at 4.51%, other operations at 4.03%, and asset management at 3.48%.

Looking back at fiscal year 2025, CICC generated operating revenue of 31.012 billion yuan, marking a 32.72% increase. Net profit attributable to the parent company rose to 9.791 billion yuan, up 71.93% year over year.
