Continental Aerospace Technologies Holding Limited received a disclosure under Rule 22 of Hong Kong’s Takeovers and Mergers Code confirming that J.P. Morgan Securities PLC, classified as a Class (5) associate of the offeror, purchased 1.25 million shares on 18 June 2026.
