CMON Publishes Prospectus for 3-for-1 Non-Underwritten Rights Issue

Bulletin Express08-11

On 11 August 2026, CMON Limited released its prospectus detailing a proposed rights issue on the basis of three rights shares for every one existing share. The offer will proceed on a non-underwritten basis.

The English and Chinese versions of the prospectus have been uploaded to both the company’s website (www.cmon.com) and the HKEX news website (www.hkexnews.hk). CMON urges shareholders to review the electronic copy to expedite access and reduce printing costs.

Non-registered shareholders who cannot access the online version may request free printed copies. A completed request form should be sent to Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A prepaid mailing label is provided, and requests can also be emailed to is-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders wishing to receive future corporate communications electronically must supply an email address to their intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until a functional email address is on record, notices of publication will be delivered in hard copy.

Enquiries regarding the prospectus or communication arrangements can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at +852 2980 1333, Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding Hong Kong public holidays).

The notification was signed by Chairman and Joint CEO Ng Chern Ann on behalf of the Board of CMON Limited.
