China Cinda Asset Management Co., Ltd. has scheduled its 2026 second extraordinary shareholders’ meeting (ESM) for 10:00 a.m. on Monday, 8 June 2026, at No. 1 Building, 9 Naoshikou Street, Xicheng District, Beijing.
Key agenda • Special resolution: shareholders will vote on the “Merger Agreement and the Proposed Mergers.” • A poll will be used for all resolutions in accordance with the company’s Articles of Association.

Proxy arrangements • Eligible shareholders may appoint one or more proxies; proxies need not be shareholders but must attend in person. • Completed proxy forms and related authorisations must reach Computershare (for H-shares) or the Board of Directors’ Office (for domestic shares) at least 24 hours before the meeting—i.e., before 10:00 a.m. on Sunday, 7 June 2026 (Hong Kong time).
Other information • The meeting is expected to last half a day; attendees bear their own transportation and accommodation costs. • The board currently comprises three executive directors, two non-executive directors and five independent non-executive directors, with Zhang Weidong serving as chairman.
